Kristin is a well-versed Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Solution Lead certified in multiple financial systems, with more than five years of experience specializing in deploying business solutions that deliver meaningful value add to finance teams. Concentrating in technologies such as Oracle EPM and Planful, Kristin has served as Developer and Analyst for numerous projects with clients ranging from mid-market to Fortune 500 companies.
Before joining Accordion, Kristin started her career in industry working on financial close and business analysis and was ultimately responsible for developing major client relationships and managing monthly close processes. Later, Kristin transitioned to systems consulting, where she combined her passion for accounting and technology. Heavily focused on planning, forecasting, and budgeting, she delivered solutions attentive to efficiency and ease of client experience.
Kristin gained valuable functional experience on a variety of Cloud EPM implementations, including gross profit planning, driver-based planning, workforce planning, capital planning, and management and financial reporting. Additional efforts included calculation logic build, data management, project management, end-to-end data validation efforts, user acceptance testing, and tailored administration documentation. Recent engagement work involves industries such as hospital & health care, transportation/trucking/railroads, consumer goods, mining& metals, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and civil engineering.
With high motivation to address financial challenges in organizations, Kristin strives to streamline processes and reduce system maintenance burden by utilizing best practice techniques to simplify and optimize system performance and user experience.
Kristin graduated from University of Pittsburgh (Johnstown) with a B.S. in Accounting.
