Luciano is an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Senior Director with over 10 years of experience specializing in consolidation, data integration, financial reporting, and analytics. He has been a Hyperion Project Lead and Developer for a number of projects ranging from mid-market to Fortune 500 clients. Luciano is well-versed in both financial analysis and financial systems implementations.
At Platform Specialist (acquired by Accordion in February 2022), Luciano focuses on Financial Reporting, Analytics and Consolidation solutions. The firm’s delivery model focuses on implementation efficiency and ease of client experience. His client sector expertise includes: Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Construction & Infrastructure, and Cable & Media.
Prior to Accordion, Luciano was a Consultant and Accountant at Ernst & Young, where he advised businesses on the reporting of tax, financial, and business planning data. In this role, he reviewed and prepared income tax provisions, assisted with engagement budgeting and economics, and led the onboarding of all new associate team members.
Luciano was previously a Financial Analyst at GEICO, where he managed the daily task flows of claimant trial preparations, case information, and systems analysis. He also managed system workflow and ease of use to ensure operational efficiency and improved user experience.
Luciano graduated from Long Island University C.W. Post with an M.B.A. (Data Analytics, Management, Strategy) and a B.S. in Accounting.
